You can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
The following cannot be cancelled once confirmed: personalised gifts and notes, custom arrangements built to your brief, perishable items (flowers and cakes) once dispatched, and same-day delivery orders placed within the express window.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If we cancel an order on our side — due to a sourcing issue, a pricing error, or a pincode we cannot serve — a 100% refund is issued immediately, no questions asked.
To request a cancellation, visit our Contact Us page with your Order ID, or message us on WhatsApp. The faster you reach out, the more likely we can stop the arrangement before it’s built.
