By using Rangilu Florist website and services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors
• Order confirmation is subject to product availability

3. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Recipient must be available at the delivery address
• For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2 PM

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery
• Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be returned

5. Product Quality

We guarantee 100% freshness for all our products. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products:

• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos
• We will replace the product or provide a full refund
• Actual flowers may vary slightly from images shown

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
