We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.
Order confirmation is subject to product availability and the suitability of the requested delivery slot in your area.
We currently deliver across Rajkot, Morbi, Wankaner, Gondal, and Jetpur. Enter your pincode on any product page to check availability.
Delivery time windows are best-effort estimates and not guaranteed minute-to-minute.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, festival rush, or other circumstances outside our control.
The recipient (or someone at the address) must be reachable on the contact number provided so we can complete delivery.
For same-day delivery, place your order before 4:00 PM IST.
Standard orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing, before our atelier begins arranging the bouquet.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be physically returned once dispatched.
We guarantee 100% freshness on every arrangement that leaves our atelier. If your bouquet arrives damaged or below the standard we promised:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
We will replace the arrangement or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Because every bouquet is hand-built, the actual flowers may vary slightly from the image shown — we always honour the colour story, stem count, and overall design.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the gifting outcome.
