Eligible for Refund/Replacement
- Flowers delivered in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Significant quality issues with arrangement
- Delivery not attempted on scheduled date
- Missing items from your order
Not Eligible for Refund
- Natural wilting after 3-5 days (normal for fresh flowers)
- Damage caused by recipient after delivery
- Incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided
- Orders not claimed or recipient unavailable
- Change of mind after successful delivery
