Because fresh flowers are perishable by nature, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer full refunds or replacements for any genuine quality concern — the satisfaction of every Rajkot household we serve is the only metric that matters to us.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Flowers delivered in damaged or wilted condition.
- Wrong product or wrong arrangement delivered.
- Significant quality issues with the design or freshness.
- Delivery not attempted on the scheduled date despite the recipient being available.
- Missing items from a multi-item order.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Natural wilting after 3–5 days — this is normal for fresh-cut flowers.
- Damage caused by the recipient after a successful delivery.
- Incorrect delivery resulting from a wrong address provided by the sender.
- Orders that could not be delivered because the recipient was unavailable and unreachable.
- Change of mind after the bouquet has been delivered.
How to Request a Refund
- Report within 24 hours. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the issue.
- We review your case. Our quality team checks the photos against the order details and the floral brief.
- Resolution within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days; replacement arrangements are delivered the same or next day.
Report Timeline
All quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. After 24 hours, the freshness of cut flowers cannot be objectively assessed.
